Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you can get a refund

• You can request a refund within 7 days of payment, as long as you have not started the exam.
• If an exam closes before you started it, you can request a refund at any time.
• If you were charged but the registration does not show as paid, write to us with your payment ID and we will fix or refund it.

When a refund is not possible

Once you have opened and started an exam, the registration is used up and cannot be refunded, because the exam was delivered to you.

How to ask

Open My Payments while logged in and press "Request refund". Or email with your registered email and payment ID.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancellation by us

If ParikshaKendra cancels an exam, every registered student who has not attempted it is refunded in full.
